The mandates in NY may be lifted except those who work for organizations that get reimbursed by CMS (Medicare and Medicaid) May still be required to comply or their employer won’t get reimbursed for patient care. We have our legislators to thank for that wonderful law that allows CMS to set rules for reimbursement. Big pharma has 3 lobbyists in WA DC for every legislator. We have much work to do.
